During middle January, Banpu Public Company Limited donated funds in the total of THB 700,000 to the Provincial Red Cross Chapters of Lamphun, Lampang, Phayao and Nan Provinces for the purchase of blankets as well as necessity items and medical supplies in order to give to people in these four northern provinces who are affected by the cold weather crisis. In addition, the Company in collaboration with the district hospitals including Chiangmuan Hospital of Phayao Province, Sobprab Hospital and Maeta Hospital of Lampang Province and Li Hospital of Lamphun Province provided the medical mobile units to help treat villagers living in these areas who were sick from the severe coal weather this year.
