Banpu Employee Volunteers help improve library and support the construction of roof-topped sports ground for Wat Bangkhantaek School
Recently, a group of over 70 Banpu management and employee volunteers took part in the “Banpu’s Volunteer Day” activity at Bangkhantaek School in Samutsongkram Province. Held under the theme “supporting sports ground, improving library, sharing happiness with kids”, Banpu volunteers helped renovate and decorate the library as well as get the books
organized, planted trees and arranged fun-filled activities to promote exercising and reading among students of Wat Bangkhantaek School. The employees also donated money, stationeries, and sports equipments while the Company provided financial support for the construction of a
roof-topped sports ground to the school.
This activity was held as part of the “Banpu Employee Volunteering Program” which has continuously organized for three consecutive years. The objective of the program is to encourage Banpu’s employees at all levels to participate in social contribution activities for a betterment of society and environment, creating awareness of social responsibility among them.
