Banpu Wins “Sustainability Award of Honor” from SET Awards 2023

Banpu Public Company Limited, a leading international versatile energy provider, led by Ms. Wiyada Wiboonsirichai, Head of Global Internal Audit and Compliance (right), received the “Sustainability Award of Honor” which is under the Sustainability Excellence category from the SET Awards 2023. The award was presented by Dr. Prasarn Trairatvorakul, Chairman of the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET), (left). Banpu has been honored with the award since 2017.

SET Awards 2023 was organized by the Stock Exchange of Thailand and Money & Banking Magazine to honor individuals and organizations with outstanding performance in the capital market as role models to inspire all those related to the Thai capital market. The Sustainability Awards of Honor are given to companies that prioritize organizational development following sustainability practices by aligning with business ethics, adhering to good corporate governance, considering social and environmental aspects, valuing stakeholder engagement, while achieving good business performance. The awards are presented to the listed companies that have received the Best Sustainability Awards for at least three consecutive years.
