Ms Udomlux Olarn, Head of Corporate Affairs of Banpu Public Company Limited, presented THB 1.5 million sponsorship to support 15 schools under the Bureau of Education Development for Administrative Zone in southern provinces of Pattani, Narathiwas, Yala, Songkhla and Satun to Dr. Chinnapat Bhumirat, Secretary-General of the Office of Basic Education Commission, Ministry of Education. This year is the fourth consecutive year that Banpu has given support to the southern most schools to help ease the impact from the unrest problem and allow these schools to continue their teaching and learning activities as usual as well as to provide moral support to students and teachers in the area.
