Recently, Mr. Chanin Vongkusolkit, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Banpu Public Company Limited (first row, 5^th from the right), delivered a special lecture on “Human Resources Guidelines for the Board of Directors” to participants of the Strategic HR for Board of Directors program. The program focused on the strategic role of boards in human resources management, organized by Thammasat University’s Institute for Continuing Education and Human Resources in collaboration with Prasit Prasat Co., Ltd. In his address, Mr. Chanin emphasized the board’s critical role in overseeing HR strategy, fostering organizational culture, and developing HR policies that align with corporate goals. He highlighted the importance of these efforts in adapting to continuous shifts in demographics, technology, and the evolving business landscape.
