Banpu Wins 2025 White Brand Award, Reinforcing Its Commitment to Corporate Governance and Business Ethics
Banpu Public Company Limited has been honored with the 2025 White Brand Award, with Mr. Jirameth Achcha, Head of Corporate Services (right), representing the Company to receive the award from Mrs. Nantawan Sakultanak Former Expert Commissioner of the Securities and Exchange Commission Board (left). This award presented for the first time by BrandAge magazine in collaboration with the Anti-Corruption Organization of Thailand (ACT), recognizes organizations that uphold strong corporate governance principles while prioritizing social and environmental considerations. Banpu is the only company in the energy industry to be honored with this prestigious recognition in its inaugural year.
Banpu commits to Corporate Governance practices, reinforced by a Code of Conduct, which serves as a guideline for all employees in carrying out their responsibilities. The Company also has clear anti-corruption policies and practices. In the past year, the Company received its third consecutive re-certification as a member of the Thai Private Sector Collective Action Against Corruption (CAC). Additionally, the Company has received the “Excellent” Corporate Governance rating in the Corporate Governance Report of Thai Listed Companies for consecutive years.
