Internship program

Banpu provides a learning space for the next generation to grow, explore their potential, and bring creative ideas to life through the Banpu Internship Program. Students are given opportunities to contribute to real projects, exchange fresh perspectives, and gain hands-on experience from professionals across a wide range of disciplines, while experiencing the working environment of an international energy company to help prepare for their future careers.

Interns at Banpu are encouraged to think, analyze, and develop their capabilities through real working experiences, with guidance and support from experienced mentors and professionals who share practical knowledge and professional ways of working. Through this experience, students gain valuable skills, knowledge, and perspectives that can be applied to future career opportunities with confidence. Beyond on-the-job experience, Banpu also offers training programs led by industry professionals to strengthen essential workplace skills and help students prepare for the professional world through the following topics:

Business Storytelling

Learn the fundamentals of storytelling in business contexts through campaign analysis and hands-on exercises that help strengthen practical skills, enhance portfolios, and prepare students for future internships and professional careers.

Effective Communication at Workplace

Learn communication skills essential for the workplace, understand the role of effective communication in professional environments, and practice giving constructive feedback that can be applied in real business situations.

Undergraduate or postgraduate students
Cumulative GPA of 2.75 or higher
Ability to participate in the internship program for the duration specified by the company

Initial review based on application and introductory video, meeting specified qualifications
Selection based on individual interview
