Recently, Banpu Public Company Limited provided financial support to help flood victims in northern Thailand. The Company donated THB 2,200,000 to the Phetkasem Foundation to prepare meals for victims of typhoon “Yagi” in Chiangrai province. Earlier this month, Banpu had contributed THB 2,800,000 to the Relief and Community Health Bureau of the Thai Red Cross Society to distribute survival kits to individuals impacted by the floods in northern Thailand. In total, The Company has provided THB 5,000,000 in aid to flood victims.
Banpu hopes that this contribution will alleviate the impact of the disaster and assist those affected to return to their normal life as quickly as possible.
