Banpu Public Company Limited (the “Company”) recognizes the importance of personal data protection in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) (the “Act”). The Company would like to inform you, as a visitor, that the Company will collect, use and disclose information that can identify you (“Personal Data”) within the scope relating to contacting the Company, requesting access to a building, or requesting access to perform work in a restricted area of the Company. The Company needs to collect, use and disclose your Personal Data for the purposes set out below. Such Personal Data includes:

The Company will collect, use and/or disclose your Personal Data only to the extent necessary for the following purposes:

Retention Period
The Company will retain your Personal Data for the period required by applicable laws and for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described above.
Protection of Personal Data
The Company will take your fundamental rights relating to Personal Data into account when collecting, using and/or disclosing your Personal Data and will not process it beyond what you may reasonably expect.
Rights as a Data Subject
Subject to the conditions and limitations under the PDPA and other applicable laws, you may have the right to withdraw consent; request access to and obtain a copy of your Personal Data; object to the collection, use or disclosure of your Personal Data; request deletion or destruction of your Personal Data; request restriction of use; request correction of your Personal Data so that it is accurate, current and complete; and request data portability. The Company will comply with a valid request unless an exemption under applicable law applies.
