    Year 2001
Banpu received one of the companies in the top quartile of "Corporate Governance Report of Thai Listed Companies". The survey was conducted among 133 listed companies by IOD using the disclosed information form 56-1, annual report, invitation letter and proxy form to the annual meeting of the shareholders, minutes of the meeting of the shareholders, company's website, information filed to the SET and SEC as well as information released to the public. The survey criteria was based on OECD 5 principles namely
