Reward System

Banpu believes in paying for performance. The compensation structure is designed to be competitive with
the market. Each job is valued based on the complexity of the task and the scope of the accountability.
Then, the evaluated job is assigned by Job Grade reflecting its complexity and accountability. Each
individual salary and promotion will be considered periodically according to his/ her performance and
improved competency. Variable bonus will also be considered each year in relation to team performance.
