an exercise to identify the core values and
attributes that characterize Banpu’s corporate
culture, that have led the Company to success
in the past – and which are likely to lead to
future success. These have been boiled down
to a corporate code known as the ‘Banpu Spirit’:

The Banpu Spirit is a code of conduct as well
as a source of unity, motivation and pride for
Banpu’s four thousand people.
HR Philosophy
Banpu has been focusing on an effective system of human resources development and management
by selecting and implementing the system with the international standard in the whole process of
Human Resources Management. This comes under our "HR Philosophy" which comprises
