HR Management System

Banpu believes that only through the human resources could the organization’s success be achieved. The committed and competent resources will drive Banpu to the future prosperity and success. The HR Management System starts with the recruitment process where we look for candidates with solid education and work experience and who appear to appreciate values similar to our core values.

Through our Performance Management System, each staff is involved in setting the aligned functional plans while the assignment of work is delegated through agreeing individual and team Key Performance Indicator (KPI) which are evaluated periodically.

As Banpu has operations in several locations both in Thailand and overseas with different local environments, the HR administration systems are designed to follow corporate directions while compromising local conditions to be reasonably and effectively practiced in each operation.

Participation, collaboration, and accountability have been emphasized to create a good harmonized working environment.
