Holding millions of dollars worth of physical assets is insignificant compared to the value of the intellectual assets found in the human resources of Banpu. As a company we are exquisitely aware that the phenomenal growth and success of Banpu comes only from the superior effort, commitment, sacrifice, and dedication of “our people”.

Banpu consistently emphasizes the practice of international-class systems and processes at all levels of management and in the development of our human resources.

To comply with corporate policy in human resource management, the Job Evaluation Committee, the Organization Development Committee, the Compensation Committee, the Corporate Governance and the Nomination Committee have been set up to ensure transparency and to prepare the human resources of Banpu for a rewarding future.
