According to our policy on stakeholders, a two-way communications channel has been set up for stakeholders and involved parties to express their opinions and report grievance in case they are unfairly treated by Banpu. So far, the Company has set up a grievance system to receive complaints from three target groups: customers, investors and Banpu staff.

The Corporate Governance and Nomination Committee reviews the report of complaints every quarter and provides a summary report to The Board of Directors.
