Banpu was ranked the second of 10 Best Public Companies for the Year 2010 by Money & Banking Magazine. The ranking given was based on the company’s management efficiency, resulted from business information analysis on SET’s top 200 listed companies as the end of year 2009. The evaluation was made from three criteria, including:
1. Size of the firm inclusion of market capitalization, assets, and shareholder’s equity
2. Profitability, consisting of sales, revenue, net profit, earning per share, and net profit
margin
3. Return on Investment, including return on equity, return on asset and dividend yield |
